कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन |
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ||२-४७||

Transliteration
karmaṇyevādhikāraste mā phaleṣu kadācana .
mā karmaphalaheturbhūrmā te saṅgo.astvakarmaṇi ||2-47||

English Meaning
2.47 But thou hast only the right to work, but none to the fruit thereof. Let not then the fruit of thy action be thy motive; nor yet be thou enamored of inaction.
